“The Present”

 

We created this very smooth and velvety mousse cake which is totally unlike any that you have tasted before. There are four different textures to this cake and we use 100% imported fruit puree. 

 

1. Pink guava for the mousse with cream cheese and meringue to whip up this amazing texture

2. White peach jelly with dried apricot bits

3. Vanilla sponge cake

4. A French tart base 

 

The whole process takes more than 24 hours for everything to assemble nicely. 

 

And most importantly, a little detail, the chocolate ribbon on the cake is 100% drawn and designed by our chef to add to that uniqueness of the cake.
