In Shaz Confections, we make Traditional Christmas Rum Fruit Cake. 

 

Every year we celebrate the tradition by making the Christmas Rum Fruit Cake. Dried fruits are soaked in rum liquor for more than a week before being mixed with cake paste and baked. Out of oven, the cakes are treated with rum for a few more rounds to gain additional flavour.

 

This traditional festive dessert has absolutely become one of Shaz Confections’ signature products! Taste the tradition with every bite! A perfect gift for friends and family.

 

P.S. the cake is loaded with Rum plumped raisins and nuts, some crumbling is expected. Have it on its own or with some delicious custard. Have a blessed Christmas
